Robina Hospital

Robina Hospital is a large public hospital servicing the southern suburbs of the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Located in the Robina CBD, it is a teaching hospital for Bond University and Griffith University.

The Robina Hospital is located at 2 Bayberry Lane in the suburb of Robina. Pacific Motorway (M1) exit 79 is only a short drive from the hospital entrance. A multi-story car park for visitors and patients is provided.

Robina Hospital was originally built as a private hospital in 2000, offering some public services. In 2002, the Queensland Government purchased the hospital.

The $42 million Stage One Hospital expansion was completed in September 2007 delivering 25 beds and a new emergency department, intensive care and coronary care unit, expanded renal services and increased pathology, radiology, pharmacy, and medical records departments.

Cbus Super Stadium

Cbus Super Stadium is located in the suburb of Robina on the Gold Coast and was officially opened in March 2008. The venue is the home ground of NRL club Gold Coast Titans and the previous home of former A-League club Gold Coast United.

The 27,690-capacity multi-purpose sporting and entertainment stadium was constructed over a two-year period and opened in 2008. It features one level of seating around all four sides of the field, with corporate facilities and function rooms on the broadcast side.

Designed to be suitable for all rectangular field sports including Rugby League, Rugby Union and Football, the stadium includes 100 open corporate boxes, 25 closed corporate suites, two 450 seat function rooms, 16 food and beverage outlets as well as management offices and associated facilities.

The venue was known as Robina Stadium during construction and also while hosting Rugby 7's matches during the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. It opened in 2008 as Skilled Park and became Cbus Super Stadium following a five-year naming rights agreement in January 2014.

Robina Common Fenced Agility Dog Park

A sports park with soccer fields, a baseball field, basketball court, a playground and fenced dog off-leash exercise area with agility equipment. Dogs must be walked on leash in other areas and are prohibited from all children's playground areas.

TAFE Queensland Robina Campus

The award-winning TAFE Queensland Robina campus on the Gold Coast was officially opened by the Queensland Minister for Training and Skills Development, Di Farmer, on 14 July 2022.

With expertise in delivering sustainable projects, SHAPE was engaged by TAFE Queensland to undertake the 5-story fitout of its newest campus. In an Australia-first, the campus was designed from the ground up to be sustainable in building, fitout, procurement, curriculum, operations and culture.

Located within the Acuity Business Park on Laver Drive, the Robina campus features a commercial kitchen for culinary training, a café, large conference area with a banquet centre and bar, beauty areas for hairdressing, a gym, lecture rooms and classrooms.

One of the key aspects of the design was the stretch ceiling over void featuring colourful LED lights by NEWMAT Australia. The scope of works also included an extensive joinery package and a diverse range of ecological finishes, plus service integration within base build and management of base build trades for completion with the fitout.
